Cartoonize in photoshop

This tutorial is one of my first so please comment.

I.Step one--->
Open photoshop with any picture file that you want to cartoonize.



II Step two---->
Go to Fllter>Artistic>Cutout as shown in the pic



III Step three--->
Give value to (i)Number Of levels (ii)Edge Simplicity (iii)Edge Fidelity as per your requirement and click Ok.


IV Step four--->
After cutout again go to Filters>Artistic>Poster edges.. as shown in the pic.


V Step five--->
Give value to (i)Edge Thickness (ii)Edge Intensity and (iii)Posterization as per your requirement and click Ok.


VI Step six--->
